Here's the new plan, which Tyki has failed to update after discussion.

HCL2 isn't going away, and nobody wants it to die. I'm not abandoning it, and it's not going to be dropped. Furthermore, there will be no HCL3, and we're not moving to a new thread. No changes will occur to this roleplay.

Tyki, instead, is attempting to create a structured system and apply it to a setting with similar principles to HCL. No Primals or Daemon or anything like that, but definitely a multiverse. Also, far lower power levels. If you're interested, you're free to join, once he's created it he's sure to post a link.
