She comes from the country of Xue (shoo-wei). This old, partially deaf, lady, seems to know quite a bit about Konoha. Also she seemed to master some jutsu. She is the head of the Mei clan! [/hider][/center]

A soft-spoken ice user from the Valley of the Hidden Mist. Hina, seems to be working with the Ascent, and has exceptional control over her ice.
Techniques: Ice Entombment - Hina surrounds the foes with her ice in such a way that they are forced to lift up their arms in a cross like position. If further allowed, the ice could surround the whole body, perserving it. However that is not all the use to this technique. The last time she used it, she made the ice stop at the genin's neck.
Ice Wall - A thick ice wall that was even capable of freezing even Nao's water bullet on contact.[/hider][/center]

A former kirukage-nin, Seiichi is a swordmaster, who wields the sword he calls Kite. He seems to have ties with Nao in the past. However it is a bit ambiguous at this point. Furthermore the scratched off plate of the Hidden Mist, shows that now Seiichi is a missing-nin. He seems to be working with the Ascent.
