In terms of relations between characters I figure Kibaya might know of Kurisa ([@Kurisa]) since they're in the same class, and Utaho ([@Hebigami Shiho]) since he's probably interfered with her at least once.

That's pretty much all the characters he would know from coming to school. Since he does have a job outside of school, and it's a pretty open one (construction), it's not unreasonable some people might know him that way. (Curiosity, etc.)

[@Phobos] Dunno, if they did know of each other it'd probably be of a neutral or negative relation. I imagine Shoske might not taken to being "saved" by someone as tall as Kibaya when he's learned to stand up for himself. Suggestions are fine though.
