That's fine. Your character actually has to catch him violating said rule though. I'd rather it not be like Bo's hideout, where his location was more or less magically found.

side note: for his hunger to be cured, I imagine he'd need to have fruit whenever he feels hunger pangs seeing as its a major aspect of his power.
