It's basically a giant circle a good distance above the ground, with several extrusions that are digging into the sidewalk to keep it up, I can't give exact dimensions, but it's about as wide as the streets it's over, and has some walls around it to keep stray attacks from hitting the buildings, as well as for providing seating for anyone crazy enough to go up there.
