I'm making a new hero to help Bee out but I can't seem to decide between these powers, could someone help?

My first option is a speed one were my character can adjust the air around herself to allow her to run at top speeds, use her katana to great effect and momentarily glide. It's kind of basic but it would be interesting enough!

My other idea is a lot more interesting, I suppose! Basically, my character would be able to summon the power of constellations and use them as various 'forms'. For example, if she was to use the Pegasus Constellation then maybe she would become fast or possibly even capable of flight. If she used the Orion Constellation then she would summon a stellar-energy bow and gain good competence in it! I'd only have her know 2-3 constellations for this RP and she would have a lot of weaknesses, considering that power is pretty powerful!
