Could you give a bit of detail about France? Also, who leads the EU? Is there any of that classic 'Germany vs France vs Britain' conflict typical throughout history, or has that been resolved? I was thinking i might go with a slightly haughty Frenchman, but who he is haughty to depends upon that question. I know you said Britain and Germany (although I do question why, being Britain would be a later member…assuming that this is based in the future of our world), but where would headquarters be located? Also, who [i]exactly[/i] leads the EU? Is there a chancellor, and if so what nationality?
EDIT: France and Germany currently tend to be the more dominant members of the EU, France slightly more so than Germany.
