Really puttin' that film studies degree to use, I am. But yeah, the worst thing about 50 Shades the movie is how wooden the leads are. In a movie that is supposed to be this erotic thing (even though it's a really vanilla glimpse into actual BDSM) it's just...you're watching two planks of wood attempt to rub their bodies in a manner that is supposed to look sexy. 

I haven't read the book because why would I, but the movie is just...what...why is any of this happening and why does every female in these book adaptations have to stare blankly and need chapstick and ughhh
