Ah, I think I understand. So as an example:

Player A Plans to meet up with Player B, deliver a package, then both meet for dinner later that day.

If so, that seems like a pretty nifty system and with the options for general time like Morning, Evening, etc it would allow for less precise timing. Also would be good for time based events within an RP. :)
