To be honest, he only saved her life to find out if that worked at restarting hearts. Now that he knows that, he can tell Sasha: "Hey, by the way, I can restart hearts by amplifying electricity. Tell me that once I forget everything again, K?" Saving Edo-Beatrix probably saved at least one more person's life down the line somewhere. If it didn't work, he wouldn't exactly be heartbroken.
