Actually, Paneru doesn't act feminine. He just looks extremely feminine and delicate. You wouldn't question his behavior since he acts like a guy, he just doesn't really look like one is all. Though, when he is around Ben, reading their actions may make it seem as though Paneru is taking on the feminine role...but...thats only because of how Ben acts around him. Its a different aura. But I can see ur confusion. Paneru is pansexual though. He loves everyone! LOL
