Zellie yawned and looked over from her work. It was looking like one of those nights again. Lately, sleep came harder and harder for Zellie, she didn't know why but she honestly wished it would stop. How she missed the comfort of sinking into a warm bed and being pulled away to dream land. Sighing, she sat back in her seat and looked over her work. In front of her was a desk with a white and gold laptop. On the screen were a plethora of words strung together in the form of a fiction story. Link, her main character, was currently making the long trek back from Death Mountain, headed for the next temple in Lake Hylia. For some reason all of her works consisted of this character along with other reoccurring supporting characters like Ganondorf and Zelda. She had no idea where the ideas came from but simply shrugged them off as her insomnia making her crazy. Turning to her alarm clock, she checked the time. 3 am. She let out another breathless sigh and got up from her chair, walking over to the bathroom. Stopping at the sink, she ran the water and used a bit of it to splash her face. Running her fingers through her hair, she looked at the girl in the mirror. Why did that Zelda character look so much like her? Granted, sometimes the princess had brunette hair rather than blonde but she couldn't help but feel like this Zelda person looked very much like her in her head. Maybe it was unconscious egotism... I should go for a walk... Turning, she walked downstairs and grabbed her coat and put on her shoes, and with a quick wave to her father who was asleep on his recliner, the TV still going, she was out the door and headed for the park. The night air was cool and crisp, waking her even more, but she didn't care. She'd rather be awake than sleepy and not be able to sleep. The park was silent save for the few night animals running around getting into trouble.
