Yeah, still no.

The idea of a a Empire of Greater Greece is just... downright silly. Even if Greek is Christian the Concert of Europe is not just going to stand down and let Greece upset the balance of power in the region, and as Legion has said a lot of that territory is slavic and with Russia's panslavic position they probably invade to stop the Empire. The creation of maybe a Greek State incorporating the current territories it has in IRL could happen, but there is no way in hell Europe would support the creation of this Empire.

Edit:And to be honest, it seems like you think it would work purely because it worked in Victoria 2. Which is not the case.
