Wouldnt it actually make more sense for a small European nation like Switzerland to be the main supplier of Blue Coal in Europe itself? Because giving a huge mine to a major power gives them a huge advantage over the others. If Switzerland was the main supplier then no one could really do anything about it. Imagine France invading Switzerland for the coal, then Germany and Austria would advance into Switzerland aswell to "protect" the population (And the coal). That way there will not be a major power who gets a major advantage in the early game and if such an invasion were to occur then it would either split the coal amoung different factions instead of giving it all to one or there would be a return to the status quo. Sure I play the Netherlands and have Indonesia. But the Netherlands are small in Europe and I dont have the population to compete with the likes of Germany and France, thus this advantage balances out. If people still think it wouldnt be fair then I am willing to give up on Indonesia and let it be an independent state or I'll pick another country. It's just that I dont think that it's fair to countries like Germany, France, Russia, the UK and the US to have to rely on trade to get their blue coal while another major European power just happens to have the largest concentration of blue coal in their backyard.
