Well they ARE high schoolers. I was pretty much some fusion between Rei and Abed in highschool, and I know I'm not alone. People were moody, prone to embrace pseudodarkness because "I'm so alone and misunderstood," and generally if sarcasm didn't work in integrating yourself in a group, you just went quiet.

So I mean, I think it's natural the direction some characters are taking. Although you are right, talking at length with some people does seem difficult. Although I'm not sure it's just personality incompatibility. 


I would like to start having interactions with characters though... as it stands now, we just post a line or two and that's all we can contribute until the next Kanoa post to signify the next 'round' of posting. If we started doing short collabs between characters whom we wanted to interact with, I think we could more out in between rounds and flesh out significant character interactions.

That's just me tho.
