The cosmic swinging doll scene made me laugh, I won't lie.

Oh I totally understand it, I was angsty teen as well, though not all teens are like that. It just feels amplified. Possibly due to the subject matter *ghosties and spirit world*. It could also be that I'm playing a character who is WAY more chipper *usually* than most, so the contrast is ridiculous on my end.

I'm not knocking anyone's characters, hopefully none of you thought I was, these are just early observations, and we're what, 3 pages in? Obviously expecting too much would just be silly, I mean I expect there's growth in everyone here that will be apparent later on as interactions come about.

I would LOVE some collaborative interactions with folks, so I agree with you there Darcs.

As for personality incompatibility, there's only ONE character so far that August couldn't end up in a maelstrom of romantic intrigue with, but none that I don't look forward to interacting with.

I just...want...to interact...FASTER. DAMMIT. *is impatient for characters*
