Jack smiled a bit "No worries , still got you guys don't I," He didn't know if the Doctor would want him to stick around. He was looking at Caitlyn , he knew she would be tired. He still intended to go back to Cardiff not wanting to be a problem for them. "Oh its her birthday?" He smiled wider.
The Doctor was looking at Jack "Yup its her birthday." He was leaning back, he wondered if he should eat something. He was starting to feel better and he knew his stomach 
would be quite empty by now.
He was looking at Rose "Think you should eat something Doctor?" he noticed how much weight the time lord seemed to have lost. He knew he would need food back in his system.
