[@Pie Flavor] okay yeah I see where you are coming from but to me, that Iis an entirely new ability. What you have is physical changed that undergoes on himself, not others. So pulling in the nervous system, either on himself or others, is a completely new ability in itself already. Like I said, I see the relation but to have them both it just doesnt fit...

so as far as using his abilities on other people I would see as being limited to what he can do to himself but with a higher amount of concentration, eventually being able to change others hair or eye color by contact once he can control it better. But I think that's as far as it goes.
