The way chukklez worded it is honestly pretty vague, even after five explanations. I still dunno whether the entire power is based on what kinds of powers the people around Lisa has or if it's simply based on their species. (this also has to do with the fact that I didn't honestly didn't pay that much attention to the ability because it'll never affect any of my characters; even Deathedge and Duatos)

If it's both, that's kind of stretching it, but whatever.
