I think I'm going with a character who can manipulate personal time fields within a limited area, mostly around himself to rewind scenarios so he can go back in time and work on a better outcome, but it can encompass a small area around him as well to effect people and objects within a ten foot distance or so. Anyway I'll check the Character Tab and get on a CS.
