Drac saw his opening...his chance.

He didn't need to seal it, he could kill it, right then, right there. His hands went behind him, as his gauntlet glowed brightly, for a moment, before the attack was launched.

Drac threw his hands forwards, as runic symbols appeared over him, and his blast was strengthened by something else, causing the beam of fast moving energy to get even larger, as Drac intended to completely erase the deamon with his attack. This was the shot, the only chance he had.

And he fired his best shot, ready to end this fight, for his family, and friends.
