Yeah, the OOC is the place for all serious announcements and game related topics. The Pad is a place to throw around ideas and banter, but we wanna keep the OOC alive and important. Anyways, We are accepting on all white places (except for the north isle, I believe) so yeah PM Flagg your exact claim (Outline it or fill in the squares) along with a summary and any questions you may have about how to start, and he will get right to you! 

Hint: Start your NS as soon as possible, also claim as soon as possible, both can be done without Flaggs consent, but can only be made cannon by Flagg.
