[b]Biography:[/b] Ray was born in Japan. His mother was actually Chinese, and his father was Japanese. He unfortunately, never really had a child hood. His mother was a Magician, and wished for her some to become the best. He was put into many dojo's to train in many different Martial arts. His father who was a teacher, wanted his son to be academically capable. So he tutored, a thought his son philosophy and mathematics. 

By the time he turned 10 years old, he was sent to the Academy. Unfortunately, he could never really fit in. He was not really the social type, so he never really had many friends. So his father suggested he join Judgement, that way he would associate with other people. To many people he may be abnormal, but he has been able to make some friends in this group.

Ray is seen as a serious young man with a moderate sense of humor. He acts like a gentleman since that the way he was raised. Ray is seen as a pessimist, he tends to expect the worse to happen when the wrong, or illogical choice is made. He uses sheer logic to solve his problems and looks down on those who think that willpower will get them far in life. He would rather watch and observe a situation before jumping into anything 
Ray tends to doubt himself anytime he makes an important decision. He tries to hard to make the best choice, the most logical choice. And if he makes a bad decision, he criticizes himself mercilessly.

[b]Skills:[/b] Ray is well versed in many martial arts, he had been thought how to use such arts since he was a young child. Not only that, but he was thought how to use traditional Japanese weaponry, but does not use such weapons in battle.
Although this is not a fighting skill, Ray took the time to study this Mathematics. Due to the fact that mathematics was the study of logic, it easily became one Ray's favorite and best subjects.

[b]Magic:[/b] Ray is a Magician that specializes in Wind Magic. Ray usually utilizes his magic in conjunction with his martial arts. His gloves are yellow so he is able to use his wind magic through them. He also utilized spiked brace knuckles in his fights, but rarely does.

-Icy Night Air: Magic that is casted on the tip of Ray's Gloves, creating an explosion that can tear apart asphalt. 
-Seeking Ring: Magic spell that utilizes the sound waves that is emitted when he uses his brace knuckles to track his enemies. 
-Gust: Utilizes his punches to blast high powered gusts of wind at his enemies.
-Flame Sword: Creates a 3000 degree flame sword.
-God Breaker: While in this mode, Ray becomes superhuman, drastically increasing his physical and mental abilities. Unfortunately, this puts a great strain on his body.
