Killing Joke, New Metropolis
"Alright. Time to conduct some business. And scope out the smokin hot secretary while I'm at it." Harrison laughed as he finished suiting up and climbed out of his window and up to the roof of his apartment building. He was pretty well off. He had a loft in a 28 story building. "Gotta love New Metropolis." He chuckled to himself as he stood up straight. "Beautiful day for a birthday." He paused. "But even better for kicking some ass." With that he was off running across his rooftop, before leaping off. He was about his travels like this, using hooks and lines, coupled with natural skills and the surrounding environment to traverse the city. It was pretty easy for him. Like an even more hardcore version of Parkour. One that he did well. He was making his way calmly paying attention to what was around him, but not all that much. Seriously, it wasn't like a normal sneak attack would work. Besides, he was just going to get the job and do it. Such was the life of a merc. "Wonder how that Legion babe is?" He asked with a small grin. -------------------------------------------------------
Nicolas Constantine, New Metropolis
"That damn Tesla. He should have mentioned he'd be needing to stabilize himself before we did anything." Nicolas complained as he walked around the rather large office situated on the top floor of Wayne-Stark Industries. "The blokes got me trapped running a business, stuck in the highest room of the tallest tower like some bloody fairytale princess." He huffed as he ran his fingers through his hair. Things were so boring that he could barely stand it. He might have even said that if he hadn't heard the alarms. "What kind of an idiot..." He stopped. Was someone after him? No probably not. Not in broad daylight like this, in a room with some of the best security cameras on the planet and some of the best defenses around. So who? Or what? He didn't attempt to stop them. He pressed a button. "Shut down the bloody alarm. I'll handle whatever makes its way into my office." He said as he waited, while unbeknownst to him was a Pink blur making it's way to the building that was apparently his for the time being.
