[@lennon79] Thanks for the tip, although I did find what I think is [url=http://forums.mangafox.me/threads/437707-Toaru-Majutsu-no-Index-RP]the predecessor to this RP[/url], with explanations for micro vs macro.  [@Raijinslayer], there is also a list of preset abilities.  Not sure if it will be the same list for this RP, but I think it's something good to start with.
