He can't use his reflection instantaneously. He has to maintain it and he can only maintain it for 2 minutes maximum. Vector Telekinesis is limited through physical contact only. In other words he must touch an object to send it as a projectile, he can't do it through the mind. Even his range is limited to 10 meters radius or not.[/INDENT]

[INDENT]The reflection is not an absolute defense to begin with. Wei-Ran can only redirect vectors that are coming towards him. Any vector that is hold back or pulled away at that point will render the reflection process severely because the reflector will mistake the flow of that vector and that vector will be used against him, towards him. Even consecutive feints and raw attacks cancel it out. Speedster are the worst enemy for they will ensure high momentum and velocity of breaking the reflection. He also can't redirect those that doesn't have any vector such alien-like objects or things that are unexplained. A sub ability that comes with the power itself. Reverse any oncoming vector towards Wei-Ran, he repels it. It is the most basic defense mechanism Wei-Ran has in his arsenal. Vectors like light, gravity, and sound can be repelled if he so desires. He mainly repels sound vectors to save him from listening to people's constant nagging.

He also has vector telekinesis which requires physical contact only and allows him to throw projectiles from a distance.[/INDENT]

S.H.I.F.T on the other hand can't have that, he was taken in custody by the organization itself and it is by then his life is put on the track of finding his own path. He still prefers to do things solo due to the applications of his abilities. [/INDENT]

[INDENT]Vector Manipulation is a wonderful ability but it also has its consequences, in-verse RP/IC or how is it used etc. Therefore putting limits caps makes the usage user friendly and practical.

S.H.I.F.T or better yet the GM can decide to turn off the power stabilizer which in return makes the character struggle in certain situations without using powers. Just pure skill and strategy at best to survive! This is also due to plot and convenience.

Marksmanship makes him a ranged fighter and the lack of martial arts balances the character out.

Alright so after talking with Sam, we've both decided we'd like to see some more detail added to this sheet before accepting especially given the power choice. Firstly of course is the ability section which could use a lot more description about the abilities. While you've hit some major nails on the head and have limited the sheet, there's also some major holes. One that jumped out at us is 'Mind Hacking', which was sort of just thrown into the applications and can completely rewrite a person's personality? It seems extremely overpowered and if you were to decided to use it on another player it wouldn't go well at all. How does one defend against being 'Mind Hacked'?

The backstory and sample are both too short, further more how did he go from being a troublemaker to working for SHIFT? That doesn't make sense considering SHIFT is a military organization. He'd have to go through intense training and if he need an inhibitor collar he'd be too much of a wildcard for a military faction to use him. The sample also is short and at least in my opinion hard to follow. While it does give an example of the character's personality, it seems very out of context and rather discombobulated.

Also, there is a missing element from the CS's that is specifically mentioned in the rules.
