The literal embodiment of insanity, his has crazed blood red eyes with long, ghostly white hair. He has a small frame but hold considerable amounts of muscle underneath it and he has a grin that he would wear while cut someone up into small bit.

He often wears a mask with a large, creepy grin and covers one eye. He wear a ragged black vest that has several belts on it with ripped blue jeans that have two chains looping around on each side and reveal long black pants under it.He wears black laced climbing boots with spikes on the end.

[b]Biography:[/b] Almost nothing is known about Subject K-43k, or “Jack” as he’s better known. All that is know is he was created from one of Academy Cities’ dark research projects but escaped. 

He has been tested on some many times; it’s hard to say what he looked like prior to the test as a normal person, if he ever was. Both of his arms have been removed and replaced with human-looking robotic arms that can change into horrifying weapons. His right arm can change into a steel saw and his left hand can change into claws, which he can also use, to taser people at range.

His new feeding grounds have changed to the area around Hybrid Academy after he heard that Magicians would be there as well as other power people. His new goal is to consume all of them and try to take their powers.

Although it is weak to some people, Jack control his power to do some very crafty thing like making himself immune to the feeling of pain by control the nerves in his body and often does this unconsciously sort of how Accelerator always had his power on “on” and some other neat tricks.

	Jack can assume control of anything that is control via wires and electricity.

[color=crimson]Disadvantages[/color] He can only control one thing at once and thing that have a firewall or digital security take him longer to gain control. While he can remotely control things, it weakens him physically.

	Jack can charge up a small ball of electricity and shoot it at people to stun them and slow them

[color=crimson]Disadvantages[/color] It is fairly small and inaccurate. The process of charging also leaves him vulnerable and to those who have either strong wills or high pain tolerance, its often ineffective.

- He is called the White Chapel Ghoul as his "home" is an old, run down church-like building decorated with decorated bodies
- He has no memory of his past but remembers the name "Arisaka" for some reason even though it has no ties to him.
- He often plays with his victims before killing them, enjoying the look on their faces.
