[INDENT]Stephen stands at 189 CM and 80 kilograms. He is a muscular man with a clean look, as he keeps his face shaved and his hair neatly trimmed in a stylish look. His eyes are green and his hair is black. On his face he has several small scars, one on his lip and two on his left eyebrow. As well as a one from a knife wound on his ribs.
He has a tattoo of a lion paw on his left shoulder.
He wears nice jackets and shirts. He wears ripped jeans and nice leather shoes providing him with both wind resistance and comfort while riding. On his face he wears a black bandanna and a pair of aviator sunglasses.[/INDENT]

[B]| ABILITIES: |[/B]
[INDENT]Pyrokinesis:
Stephen is a Pyrokinetic. His ability include generating flames and manipulating the size, shape and magnitude as well as heat of the flames. He is able to charge his flames with concussive force, allowing him to use them as proper weapons. He is able to generate flames from his entire body, but prefers to do so from his hands and arms. Stephen's body burns approximately 10 Degrees Celsius hotter than a regular human. 

He is able to send out heatwaves from his body, allowing him to affect the temperature of things from a distant. Giving him the ability to do such things as heating up objects. Stephen can do the reverse, as well, absorbing heat and flames.[/INDENT]

[B]| LIMITATIONS: |[/B]
[INDENT]Stephen has a severe case of Asthma, and has had since he was a child.  Frigid cold or tropical weather both causes his breathing to shut down and renders him severely weakned.
Stephen is very much so flesh and blood, he can do very little against gunfire or even bladed combat.
Mortar can only absorb heat warmer than his own body, thus he cannot say, freeze an object by draining all of the heat away from it.
Certain chemical fires cannot be affected by Mortars powers, same goes for nuclear fires.

[B]| WEAKNESSES: |[/B]
[INDENT]His powers cannot function if his body has been cooled for an extended amount of time.
While he is immune to fire and resistant to heat his powers do not protect him from smoke.
His powers has to be used by a physical motion, thus incapacitating his body means that he can not use his powers. Abusing his breathing problem is very possible and quite likely, as his stamina depletes quickly because of it.[/INDENT]

[B]| APPLICATIONS: |[/B]

[i]Fireballs:[/i]
Spheres of flames that vary in heat and concussive force. Can be channeled to explode upon impact, too. Stephen throws them.

[i]Flame Vortex:[/i]
Stephen generates a vortex of flames absorbing the oxygen and turning it into Co2 as well as burning whatever comes in it's path. 

[i]Heat Touch:[/i]
Stephen heats up the skin in his hands and thus allowing him to burn an opponent or an object. 

[i]Fire Cuts:[/i]
Coating his arms in fire Stephen can throw away crescent blades made out of fire that puts anything in it's path on fire. Concussive force and heat varies.

[i]Heat Absorbation:[/i]
Stephen absorbs heat, using it to increase his own power if he is low on fuel. He becomes fatigued after doing it, making it a last ditch effort in most cases.

[B]| SKILLS: |[/B]
[INDENT]
Driver: Stephen is a excellent precision driver and an even better motorcyclist. He and his bike are a force to be reckoned with on the streets.

Leadership: Stephen is an excellent leader, as shown by his ability to lead his chapel of bikers. He has harnessed diplomacy and tactics because of this, well, as far as biker tactics and diplomacy goes.

Fighter: Stephen is an all right brawler thanks to his many bar fights and gang fighting. While his only real training is a bit of boxing as a teen, he has earned his spot as a head of the Toronto Biking scene. He is also quite the shot with a shotgun.
