He's actually going to town with his armoured rover to do a search and rescue mission to find some of his lost soldiers, who had shown up on his GPS.

But you've kinda read my mind a little bit. Being the idealistic type, he's always going to look for ways to help, so he's also going to be on the lookout for things that might help his tattered unit and the group. He's also looking for... other things, which I won't spoil it for you guys yet.
