Rygar woke up. He looked around, forgetting where he was. "What the fuck happened!?" He shouted out, but no one responded. He was wearing nothing but his pants, with all his armor and gear piled beside him. After taking some time looking around, he came to the conclusion that he was in a hospital or something. The memory of what happened was still fuzzy, but he did notice that there was a check by his bedside. It was from that bakery, for a hundred Lien. "Oh yeah... But what happened after that?" And than Arrun's voice crackled to life. "All prospective Freshmen, board the Airship at Dock 3 now, if it leaves without you, you forfeit your application to the school. You have ten minutes, ten very quick minutes..." Silence. Moments passed by. Moments felt like minutes. Than into hours. Three seconds passed, and Rygar was out of the infirmary with his clothes on. Sepulcher was parked right outside, much to his pleasure. Not so much to his pleasure was that it took a good two minutes to get it started. "Shit! Work!" Once the engine started, Rygar didn't bother to take it easy. Made the Sepulcher go at top speed, blazing through Beacon to reach the docks. He counted the seconds in his head. About three hundred passed before he saw the sky docks. It was just him panicking, but he swore he saw the entryway beginning to close. But all that was left was a final stretch, so he released Sepulcher's NOS. He saw the crowd of people and knew that he was going to hit them, and to avoid that he took out the Spiral Edge. He had barely a second to act, but it was more than enough. Activating the Spiral Edge's secondary function, he created an explosion to propel himself and the Sepulcher off the ground and into the air. The Sepulcher didn't stop, neither in the air or once it landed. But that was sort of another problem now. He was going too fast to stop, and there wasn't enough space to slow down. But once again, the mere seconds Rygar had to react was all the time he needed to devise a way to prevent himself from getting pasted. He threw his shield towards the ceiling of the airship, extending the chain so that he could get a grip on it. The Spiral Edge dug into the ceiling before the Sepulcher hit the ground, and than Rygar locked the chain in place. There was a sickening snap as the Sepulcher jerked Rygar's body forward. He didn't want to see what had happened, he just held on for as long as he could. Once the Sepulcher's engines came to a halt, he released the Spiral Edge and landed on the ground. He had sweat all over his body, and he had accumulated some stares for his actions, but that didn't matter. He made it.
