But, I feel the need to mention that C-4 can not be ignited via a flame, it'll just burn. What's needed is a combination of extreme heat and a shockwave (i.e. a blasting cap). And also, I think you missed a "1" in the ammunition for the SCAR, a 7.62x5mm round would be little more than a giant BB gun. The 7.62x51mm however, is much nastier.
