Physical description: quite tall and thin, Heloise reaches exactly six foot, and appears to have a "willowly" look to her. She has dark brown hair that she keeps short, and bright green eyes that are always watching people. She does at times walk with a slight limp, usually when she forgets to hide that from people, and she has three long, jagged scars on her left side, around her back. She has a tanned complexion, and has a splattering of dark freckles across her cheeks and nose.

Goddess: Niesha, Goddess of light and dark, she represents the path one can take as a result of a decision, and is typically represented with scales in hands, as if showing the delicate balance between light and dark

Background: Heloise was born, the oldest of seven, to a weak willed mother and a somewhat abusive father. She grew up being responsible for her brothers and sisters, for when her mother died birthing the twins, her father figured that at 12, she was old enough to start taking that responsibility. 

Her father started to become physically abusive, and Heloise took the blows to spare her younger siblings. For five years she lived this life, miserable, but wanting the best for her younger siblings. When her father came home one night, and fell asleep on the couch, Heloise saw an opportunity. 

She gathered up her younger siblings, deciding that she would take them out for the night. When they came back, their home was on fire. Heloise watched gravely, refusing, for the moment, to feel as she turned to comfort the younger children. 

From there, life looked better. Yes, she had to provide for her siblings more then ever, but she didn't have the constant fear that one day, he would turn his fists, and more, onto her brothers and sisters. She was able to focus more on herself, as they went into a loving family who was happy to foster them. Her grades at school went up, until she was nearly top of her class, and as soon as she could, she joined the military, because she wanted to be able to help others.
