Goal: To see if she can re-establish a US navy chain of command, preferably with her at the very top. Anywhere on the ground isn’t safe now, however USNS Comfort has enough fortitude and resources to make a fine base camp for a small group with a bit of preparation. Until she’s figured out what her exact plan is however she’s content to try and influence a group into helping her achieve her goals by achieving theirs. 

History: Born as the youngest of two into a privileged but dysfunctional Maryland family, the only skill Amelia seemed to pull through college was a determination to be the best. It didn’t matter what at, but she had to get to the top. Her father managed to get her a job at ONI purely based on his years of successful field work.

Amelia was using a rare piece of holiday time to visit her brother who manages the accounts for an aerospace corporation based out of Wichita.
