First of all, I really like the idea of your character and I think that his going to fit in really well. However if it's okay, when you have the time and chance to do so, there are just a couple of things that I would like you to go over.

1. With his powers, the way that I'm reading this is that he has a mix of telepathy, invisibility and shadow manipulation. The powers section is one thing that I took from X-Men, meaning that each person would have something different rather than a mix of several different kinds of powers; if it's okay, if it's okay I would like it if you went through it and pick out a power that your character would be able to use and develop as time goes by. 2. Because (just how I read it, please correct me if I'm wrong) he seems to be a new member and doesn't seem to be living in the compound as of yet, he wouldn't know that they have tattoo parlors and in turn wouldn't be able to hang around in them x'3
