@Cheesy: I think it's fine as long as you acknowledge that the problems with Ukraine and Czechslovakia are still on-going, and that they were not handled with the political dealings mentioned in the sheet. Likewise, you should probably acknowledge that Poland's army is not the best, and that it's probably still very stretched. The reforms mentioned in the sheet would not have - and should not - be enough to correct that. I am still a little uncomfortable with your persistent mention of 'research into technologies', and a 'University of Technology' though, because I don't feel either or those things is worth mentioning unless you are planning on focusing heavily on them which, as we have already mentioned, should not be something Poland is doing because they are not in a position to do so, nor are they a nation likely to pursue that in any large scale. And if it's not large-scale, then it shouldn't be something mentioned in the sheet. Doing so gives off the impression that it WILL be large-scale, and we have already expressed concern there.
