Malee one of the Pelican's house elves see's her master detained with another customer and apports from kitchen to bar and says to Siobhan 

"Good morning miss Malee hopes she may serve the young miss to her pleasure"

Malee like most house elves dresses in only a tea towel but her's unlike many is clean and in good repair for the elves of the Pelican are proud of their appearance and their Tavern.
