Military:
Made up entirely of reprogrammed CIS remnants, the Black Hand's military is nothing more than thousands upon thousands of droids and old Confederacy ships repaired to be at full combat effectiveness. The exact number of droids is unknown, as it is constantly growing, but rumored to be in the millions, though that hardly compensates for the low efficiency of the battle droids. These droids consist almost entirely of OOM-series battle droids, but there are also many B2 Super Battle Droids.
History:
The Black Hand was created by a Sith Apprentice, Luna Bell, who escaped the control of her cruel master. Her master was a self proclaimed Sith who walked his own path, and refused to get involved with the clone wars. She was discovered by the twin brothers Khagoria and Rhendar. The two helped Bell get even further away from her master, who was no doubt searching for her. The two quickly became like brothers to the young Sith girl, and found her to be far more powerful than even she knew. Bell quickly developed her force based abilities, and considered herself Sith even though she did not believe in the things her master had taught her. As she grew with her powers, she began training the twin brothers in the ways of the force, and soon enough they too came to call themselves Sith, apprentices of the smaller, but far more powerful girl. Together the three discovered a long lost battlefield in which the Confederate fleet had clearly lost, but not all had been destroyed. They found a damaged, but easily repairable Munificent-class star frigate, with thousands of battle droids on board which had long since lost all power. The three went to work, stealing what they needed from all sorts of people, from merchant ships to small stations. Soon enough they had the ship operational, and the battle droids began charging again. They worked quickly to reprogram all of the droids at once, and by time the droids were ready to be activated, they were all under the control of Bell and her apprentices. This was the simple beginnings of the Black Hand, and this stroke of luck was but the first in a long chain of events that continued to grow the power of the group. Bell lead her apprentices around the galaxy, searching for and actually finding even more forgotten battlefields, and with them, more abandoned ships and droids. Their biggest find however, was almost an entire fleet, that had not been abandoned, but rather shut down. It wasn't clear to them what had happened, but the entire fleet seemed to be simply sitting in formation, as if they had been waiting for far too long, and finally lost all power. The fleet consisted of two Lucrehulk Battleships, a Lucrekulk Control Ship, and many other Confederate cruisers and frigates. To say luck was on their side was putting it lightly, as their fleet grew larger and larger. When the fleet had reached its current size, Bell caught wind of some rumors about her master, a Sith who had been captured, and was being held captive by Republic Remnants. He had turned himself into them and was being transported to a prison when Bell discovered their location. It wasn't very difficult to move her fleet into position and cut them off. The fleet came out of warp to the full might of the Black Hand. Bell's Master was taken from the Republic remnants just before they were completely annihilated. Bell's master was almost immediately executed aboard Bell's flagship, his body being thrown out into space where it would be lost forever. The fleet set in coordinates and immediately jumped back to the dark corners of space, or so they thought. A droid completely miscalculated the jump, and the fleet ended up coming out with Taris in sight. They had no time to run before the Mandalorian fleet arrived. Bell simple told them what had happened, that they never intended to come here and it was a mistake made by a malfunctioning droid. The fleet was far more trusting with her than she had expected them to be, and she was even offered a chance to come and speak to the leadership of 'The Enclave'. It had been a long, long time since Bell had been around anyone other than the two people she knew as her elder brothers, and she was nervous about meeting such an important group of people. When she arrived she was accompanied by her two apprentices and five unique Battle Droids that were a complete mystery to the Mandalorians, and had to wait by the ship due to the dark nature of these droids. Bell met with the girl known as Requiem, and the two went off to do their own thing starting with a tour of the Enclave while her apprentices were left to the meeting. During the meeting, they were asked very simple questions. Where they came from, what their intentions were, why they had a fleet so large. In the end, the brothers gave up the story about their master, the young girl who was alone in the galaxy, and felt as if the universe was out to destroy her. To their surprise, they were offered a home on Mandalore, a place to settle their fleet and build their own base. The twins knew exactly what Bell needed, and made a counter offer. The brothers offered their full allegiance to Mandalore, claiming they would become the 'Black Hand of Mandalore', and would offer all of their military strength when Mandalore needed it, if they offered the same protection in return. It was quickly agreed upon, and the Black Hand became an official part of Mandalore. They were given one of Taris' moons, Ishtara, a frozen wasteland. They were given a choice and this was the home they had decided on, knowing that, as strange as it seemed, it was what Bell would want. The Mandalorians aided in the creation of the first generators for the city to be, which was to be built in a massive underground cavern, the ground, walls and ceiling made entirely of ice. Since then, Bell and her apprentices have become important figures within the Enclave. Seeing herself as unfit to have apprentices, the being known as The Cold Void gave up her apprentices, having Bell become their master instead. Bell's own apprentices were bumped up the latter to full Sith Inquisitors, although, as with everything in the Black Hand, it was simply a name and they were not truly Sith. Bell recently moved to the underground spire on Ishtara with her two apprentices, Solace and Requiem, as well as her apprentices, and perhaps soon enough the galaxy will see that she has big plans for all.
Other:
Reaper droids are a special type of droids developed by Bell herself, with the help of her more tech knowledgeable apprentices. The droids are made of a dark black metal, with glowing red eyes to give them an ominous appearance. However, this is more than just some sort of trickery. These droids are, in their very being, dark constructs. Seeming to be somehow infused with the dark side as if it is a viable energy, these droids are like shadows. These droids are smart, clever, and dangerous. Their greatest strength is their ability to wield lightsabers. Reaper droids dual wield lightsabers with 'fake' crystals.
