Well, I didn't want to puppet Luna without your permission and I consider having a conversation a major act of puppeting, if you want I can add dialogue before Kazeno interacts with Ray and maybe have Luna join in on the conversation so the three could form a friend group or something like that. 

And yes, Anderson has agents, he leads a gang that deals in information, of course he would need agents to inform him. He claims to have agents everywhere, even in the Academy city government and law enforcement, but there is no proof of there existence so its either he's bluffing or his agents are just [i]that[/i] good.
