Of course she'd never say it, especially with Sentinel down her back so early on but she did indeed feel a bit homesick if she could call it that. She'd only spent what, three years? as a sentient being on Earth. She didn't exactly lie though, the ship was definitely cool. The stars as blurs, confirming the fact that they were going insane speeds, oddly enough felt freeing. And hey, her parents did tell her to go out and see the world...even if they probably didn't mean it in such a literal sense. If she made the wrong choice swapping out her old teammates for these new ones and seeing so much more of the world, why did it feel this right? She went to adjust her red glasses (would she even need a secret identity in other worlds?) and that's when the first laser hit. Clutching her metallic chair handles was the most she could do without completely bouncing out of her seat. Her neck jerked in an awkward position which caused some strain. Quickly, she looked out the window and saw the ships. Within view some men with wings. Bird men? They sort of looked like Hawkgirl. Maybe they were her people, but she was kind from what Supergirl knew of the Justice League. Why were they so violent? Supergirl took on a perturbed expression. The alarms began to blare, and Supergirl stood up. "This isn't anything we haven't dealt with before, so don't worry. Never this many Thanagarians at once, but..."said Sentinel as they were hit a second time. This time Supergirl stumbled before hovering above ground. Raising her eyebrows at him, she still didn't have much of a feel for where everything was on the ship, so she followed Sentinel towards her suit. She had to admit, it was much nicer looking than the one she sported back with young justice. Putting it on, in a whirlwind blur, it definitely felt less restrictive, and the color scheme...it felt like the right shade of blue. She wasn't allowed a second longer to marvel as she stumbled when the ship came to a halt. "Really doubt i'll get used to this if it's the norm..."She whispered to herself, annoyed. She could hear her teammates voices and followed it on over to...well she hadn't exactly learned their names yet. One looked like a goblin in one of those video games she used to play. Seemed like he was the navigator of this team... Another looked like a gargoyle, carrying a sword, and the last like a demon from Buffy (she loved that show!). Maybe they were the brutes? Or was she? Probably shouldn't judge books by their covers right? It was then that she realized she was being rude by just staring at them when they looked back at her questioningly (although one glare was downright menacing) and so she gave an awkward smile with her eyebrows raised. "So how do we exit this thing then?" Way to make yourself seem as new to this as you are...She thought. She wanted to sigh right now, just anticipating how awkward this first battle with her new teammates would probably be for her. Maybe she should've just stayed with YJ...
