Hmm... the only real issue I have with this app is the fact that having a Chandelure mother would make a litwick, like her brother, rather than a drifloon. Kabling can obviously convince me that this isn't an issue, but, right now I don't know whether to follow pokemon breeding rules and deny this, or just allow this.
