It's quite alright, the GM was exaggerating their own characters importance a little too much anyway. Oh yes speaking of plot! Could I have a recap of the most recent events? I'll likely read most of it anyway but it would be nice if I could have a quite summary of the events that are unfolding! I post my character here, right? C:
Basically, the Underground Movement's leader, Isabella Lancaster, and her second-in-command, Jaden McFadden, used their cells to impregnate a surrogate mother in order to create a baby with the power to 1.) transform into an older form, with clothes, and 2.) transform further into a tree whose fruit brings perfect healing to Metahumans and gives Metahuman powers to Normal People. This project is deliberately wasteful, complicated, and inefficient because Isabella doesn't really want a world filled with Metahumans, she wants an apartheid in which she and a minority rule at the top, with the apples being used as bargaining chips and safety valves... ...As in, the apples can be used to skim off the most talented normal people and make them part of the ruling minority, thus removing the smartest and best from the opposition. Anyway, tangent over. The main plot is moved by the Reformist Council hearing of this, and deciding to attack when the baby is born in two weeks (the pregnancy is accelerated) however, due to a Reformist Meta trying to negotiate with the Underground Movement, and getting shot for her troubles, the Reformist attack is going to start now. Edit: Is [@Alternax] still here? I posted for him two days ago, but he hasn't replied.
