[@Savato], I'm a bit iffy about the aging acceleration, but otherwise good. As for the US still using Metas as guinea pigs, that's what the Reformists are trying to clamp down on, aka reform away. That doesn't mean they're [i]successful[/i], though, so no changes to your story are needed.
