[@Letter Bee] Sebastian wouldn't be so noble as to fight Cedric on equal terms(unless forced to), and if Sebastian ever does end up going after Cedric, he'd never let Cedric know he was an enemy. Sebastian is a man of many faces and a silver toungue, and people with big ego's are the easiest for him to ensnare.
