So, I'm planning on the girl,being a tag-a-long NPC for Sebastian, with her power being Ranck D- low C through out the course of the RP. Mostly there to help with character development, as well as to beat Cedric to the punch on adopting a kid. I'm kidding on that last bit. . . partially.
