Personality: Demure, dainty, dangerous. All three of these words describe the lady Avalai only in passing. Truthfully, she is much harsher, much more rash, and holds incredibly little patience for anyone. She enjoys the finer things in life, including leading night hunts that may or may not end in a ball of blood. She is unpredictable and has long overcome the shock of witnessing death. Perhaps, she even enjoys it. Ah, but of course, it all must be done with a touch of class. 

Likes: Blood, discourse, lavish surroundings, Romance/mystery novels, luxurious outfits and hunting.

Dislikes: Being trapped indoors, moonless nights, staying in one place for too long, anything that probably costs less than 5 dollars.

History: Miss Avalai was turned into the red queen she is today at the ripe age of 25, so many, many centuries ago. Bitten by a vampire vying for power, she was kidnapped by him and brainwashed into being his escorting lady to Dracula's lavish evening balls. He misconstrued her gentleness for weakness, however, and she killed him at the ball that very night when, ironically, even though she was the one that was being held against her will, showed interest in other women. She became a point of interest to Dracula and was accepted into his more.... closer crew. With the help and pointers of other vampires she was able to grow her knowledge of aristocracy while simultaneously developing the overpowering sensation of thirst. She began the hunts, the mass hoards of vampires stalking in the night, providing terror to all those who set eye upon the legion behind her. Today she still sits, a fond pet of the most infamous vampire of all time.

Personality: A bit of a loner, Max has always been more on the shy and submissive side. He doesn't like to fight even when things directly go against his beliefs and traditions. He likes routine, quiet days where nothing much happens aside from maybe his mom making him his favorite foods. In general, Max enjoys spending time with the small amount of friends that he has... Though he doesn't like to break rules, which his friends often convince him to do. He is fast to fall under peer pressure and feel's he's too awkward to say no. He's quite a talented singer and has a passion for opera music.

History:
While being relatively normal, Max has always had a difficult family life. Not to say that it was necessarily bad, Hell, whenever he tried to tell others about it, it always seemed they had far worse. His father was always pushing him to be an athlete, telling him he had the legs of a runner when all Max could care about was music. Most men are conditioned not to show emotion, and Max had a rough time trying to learn to do so. He was always so passionate about everything that his family, annoyed with it, mentally beat him down for it. In the end, Max became submissive from them constantly trying to shut down what he believes in. Even with his friends he really hesitates to show them any of the things he likes or his talents, leading him to become the mysterious partial loner he is now. He discovered Opera at age 12 and has loved it ever since. Though initially he wasn't very good, with practice and crash courses with his music teacher, he's learned to sing very well. He strongly desires a chance to shine on stage while simultaneously loathing the spotlight.
