Phoebe sighed softly. She supposed she had been distracted around her friends. It was hard, everything had seemed to have changed, really from the moment she had left the school with her mother. Nothing had quite been the same since. She didn't want to lose her friends. But she hadn't been trying hard to keep them. Something always happened. She sighed, feeling guilty. She listened as Katherin talked with Nicholas, managed to read what nicholas wrote to her. She smiled slightly at katherins statement that they were opposites, and yet we're friends. It was right. But maybe that was why they were friends.
