Heloise walked were she was led, in a confident, almost cocky stride. However, that was all she allowed herself to show. She kept her face impassive, her short, brown hair appeared almost choppy, as if it had been hacked at to make it short. Which is exactly what Heloise had done. She didn't like people touching her, or at least people she didn't know well. And besides, she didn't particularly care about her looks. Her bright green eyes watched her guides, and wished she didn't have them. It seemed ridiculous, as if she were being treated like someone who couldn't find her way. Her long legs ate up the ground, so much so that she had to curb her stride so she could stay with her 'escorts'. It was annoying that she had to do so. The slower she walked, the harder it was to hide her limp. Which, of course, made her grit her teeth. That constant reminder of the monster who had provided the necessary DNA to help create her. It made her think of her brothers and sisters as well, who she hadn't seen for a few years. Which was for the best, for all of them. One day, she hoped they would understand. Her eyes suddenly filled with unshed tears, not for what she had done, but because she had had to do it. For the fact that she wasn't able to see her younger siblings grow. As she reached the room, she steeled her resolve. Her face became completely passive once more, and she walked with a steady stride into the room, scanning it quickly for any possible danger. One combot. One man, so far. First Lieutenant She guessed, even though his back was to her. Always respectful of those above her, she stood at attention, and saluted "Sir" she said, and that was it, as it seemed the man wasn't inclined to speak at the moment. And she was never one to talk herself.
