[@OrangeInk] [@Xilaw] Thanks! ^__^ What did you have in mind for them? I remember you saying that you liked the whole lycan aspect, using my profile photo as a reference. Though I know you didn't mean we should liken every wolf to mine, jfc.
I'm not quite sure yet, but I was thinking they'd be in a loose confederation of werewolf packs, with alphas, betas and gammas as a hierarchy of their society. The packs range anywhere from 3 to 10 with one Alpha and rest are Betas. Gammas are the outlaws, either thrown away by other members or lone survivor of a pack. These packs get together only when threatened by a third party - The Order or the Vampires. Occasionally they fight each others over territory as well. Their appearance, in my opinion at least, should be the classic werewolf like the ones in Underworld. Ways to identify them: 1) They have a special kind of odor that only a trained human nose can detect which gives away a werewolf. 2) Their body temperature is a bit higher than an average human and on touch can feel like the person has a fever. Ways to kill them: 1) Anything coated in wolfsbane does the trick (silver bullets are coated with it as a standard), but it takes more than one to kill a werewolf. 2) Decapitation - very difficult in hand to hand so the tactic would be to hit the werewolf with wolfsbane and weaken him before giving a finishing blow. 3) Fire. Much like against vampires, fire can be used to slow them down and weaken them, however it cannot directly kill them because of their fast regeneration. Their traits: Very tall with very sharp senses of smell, sight and hearing. They can jump high and climb trees with ease, proving to be quite a troublesome adversary, especially in the woods. Their physical strength is greater than that of the vampires but they're effectively slower because of their massive body. Haven't yet made a back story for them. Any additional things to add to what I've come up with are welcome. Also, the location can just as well be a fantasy place. Glasshour city is too good to pass down for London :dreamy
