[@chukklehed] You don't have to incorporate it now, but Akira's brain has a strange anomaly in it that is thought to be the cause of his Trigger-switch. 

Tatsuya could also quite possibly trigger the ability himself with his touch control, via a well placed surge of electrical energy to the spot where the anomaly is located.
