[@Subject Zero] Like Sapphire said, both Kuro and Jackson are over-dependant on their abilities, Kuro especially will have trouble without them. Bulking up their physical abilities, fighting style, and get rid of their habit of power reliance. 

[@Sapphire] No problem, he's not perfect and does have flaws in his fighting style. He's 16 and still has room to grow, both physically and mentally. And the shock collar would be a very bad thing, as electricty was a very prominent torture tool during his time at Janus Corp, so yeah, any trust gained would be instantly lost if she did that.
